Initially operating as a distributor for LG SBS polymers in 1988, Sungallon transitioned into manufacturing compounds at its own production sites beginning in 2005.
Sungallon production and administration location is in Guanlan a suburb of Shenzhen. With a turnover in 2014 of 19.8 million US$, Sungallon is one of the largest produce and distributors of Thermoplastic Elastomers in China.
Using state of the art twin screw compounding equipment Sungallon is able to produce a wide range of materials with
hardnessVarying from gels to that of Polypropylene. At present the production capacity is in excess of 40Kt/year.
Supporting Sales and production is a dedicated team of 8 R&D engineers and a well equipped Lab. .Sungallon has set itself amission to partnering with customers in joint developing tailor made solutions to meet functional, cost and product safety requirements.
SSungallon has achieved certification in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards, as well as multiple OEM specifications. As an approved supplier to major toy producers we produce according to several Restricted Substance Standards. Our facilities are designed in such a way that it avoids cross-contamination of material.
